No — you can contact us directly to see a physio or OT privately. Some funding needs paperwork first: a Medicare care plan needs a referral and care plan from your GP, Support at Home therapy is arranged with your Support at Home provider, and TAC treatment needs a claim number. If you're not sure, call us and we'll talk it through.

Your physio or OT comes to your home, asks about your health, your history and what you'd like to be able to do, and assesses how you're moving and managing day to day. Together you agree on goals and a plan. Treatment often starts at the first visit.
Yes. Our physios and OTs write the reports and assessments these schemes ask for, such as NDIS progress reports and functional assessments, Support at Home reports and TAC treatment plans.
