Perks of community physio at MMP
Some of the perks of being a community physio at MMP:
Helping vulnerable people live their best lives.
Work-life balance – no work on public holidays, weekends, evenings or rotations.
Day off on your birthday, including a $200 charity donation on our behalf to a charity of your choosing. So far this year, we’ve raised over $3,000 for charity.
Social events – 2 full-day mid and end-of-year parties to celebrate the wins.
6 weekly wine and cheese (mini catch-ups) & bigger quarterly social events.
Excellent starting salary and excellent salary progressions with exciting leadership opportunities (PD, business development projects, social media, your interest areas)
Slower pace - longer appointment times with clients, so you don’t feel rushed and driving breaks between clients to wind down, listen to music/podcasts or chill out.
A great workplace culture where we celebrate the wins and support one another along the way.
Rewarding career pathways that nurture professional and personal growth depending on where you are in your career (e.g. grads, experienced physios, clinical leads, mentors, team leaders).
A culture that celebrates ‘empathy, inclusivity & growth’.
A team that values you as a person and embraces you for who you are.
A culture that challenges you to grow as a person and as a physiotherapist.
We understand that prioritise change depending on the stage you are at in life, so we work with you to develop a career that is valuable to you, whether that be future learning, high income earner, travel or work life balance.
Our promise
Grad program “0 to 100”
We understand that finishing university and starting your career as a physio is exciting but can also be a little bit daunting as you transition from study to working life.
To help with this transition we have developed ‘0 to 100’ graduate program that guides you through you first ‘100 days’ as physio. The program offers abundant support, mentoring, shadowing and ample opportunities for learning.
